How do you deliver?

All orders qualify for free UK delivery. Once placed, we confirm your order via email, and we will update you once your screens are on their way to you, providing you with delivery details.

For orders placed before 11am, in stock screens are dispatched to be delivered the next working day (subject to the courier and any issues they might encounter). Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the following working day, and arrive 2 working days after your order was placed. For any orders for out of stock items we will contact you to advise you of a delivery time frame and set out options to you.

Screen With Envy deliveries are not made by our own vans, a third party is used – usually TNT / FedEx, Hermes, Yodel or Pallex. Any delays that may occur that lead to customers incurring costs, Screen With Envy accepts no liability. We advise you only book in Landscapers / Tools / Hire Equipment / Labour once you are in full receipt of your goods. If you advance hire / book in labour and your delivery is delayed, Screen With Envy accept no liability for any incurred cost.

Some of our larger orders and items will be sent on a pallet to ensure the safest transit possible. Pallet orders will be to kerbside only, this is for insurance reasons on behalf of the carriers. We do not offer a two man delivery service.

At the moment, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all couriers are experiencing exceptionally high demand and oversize items in particular are taking longer than usual to move through courier networks. Once we have dispatched an order you will be sent a tracking link which will enable you to enquire directly to the relevant courier company regarding any queries.

Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and other offshore islands in the UK will typically take 3 days to arrive. This is due to couriers not offering next day deliveries for oversize items to these areas.


We offer free UK wide delivery on all our garden screens.

We also deliver across Europe. European orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 11am GMT or the following day if placed after 11am GMT. Shipping times will vary, but should be no more than 5 days. You will be updated via email with details of estimated arrival time as soon as your order is processed.

Please note that due to the UK leaving the EU any orders shipped from the UK to the EU may incur local VAT and / or duty charges. Screen With Envy Limited is not liable for any such charges. 


Absolutely no problem. We offer a 14-day no questions asked returns policy. You can change your mind at any time once your order is placed. Simply contact us and we will cancel your order. If the order has already left us simply send it back to us, no questions asked. You are liable for the cost of the return. We offer free delivery but cannot offer free returns. Please get in touch if you would like our return details. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been installed. 


We go to great lengths to protect our screens. In the extremely unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival please contact us with a picture of the damage as soon as possible so we can raise this with our delivery partners and resolve as quickly as possible.

If you can see some of the delivery has arrived damaged, we ask you to sign for it as “damaged” on arrival. You must then also notify us within 7 days of this to arrange collection or replacement of the damaged items. Failure to do so within this period of time means we are unable to proceed with a claim from our couriers and any replacements or refunds will then be at our discretion.


If you would like to return your screens, that is no problem, we offer a no questions asked 14-day returns policy. Due to the large size of the products we cannot offer free returns as we offer free delivery so you are liable for the cost of the return.

The return address is Screen With Envy, Unit 5 Aesop Business Park, Aesop Road, Aylesbury HP22 5XX. Please also attach a note with your order number to speed up the refund process and we strongly suggest taking photos prior to dispatch and insurance on the return in case of damage in transit.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund should there be any damage caused to the screen by the client that would make it unsaleable. For example, if you had drilled into the screen before returning it to us.
